Also I never required mine to “share” their things unless they wanted to. I taught them it was kind sometimes to share and sometimes it was okay to decide you didn’t want anyone messing with a particular thing of yours because you own it. Their stuff is important and their stuff is theirs.

And they don’t have to hug or kiss or whatever anyone they don’t want to.
