As the mother of a transgender child, even someone who is tired doesn't do that. I can't give the benefit of the doubt becuase there is no doubt. That stuff is intentional and he just didn't like the fall out. It's not even an apology, he's playing the victim. He's responsible for what his publication publishes. He needs to read them. My guess is he thought he could get away with it.
