For myself, I'm careful which publications I submit my work to, as some are much more credible than others and have worked hard to get there.

I write mostly personal essay or memoir.

I'm not making much money, and money is nice but since it's not the only reason I write here I feel more freedom to write what I want to write, but I think that's why I started making some money here in the first place.
