I have a transgender teenage daughter who suddenly no longer has access to her meds and despite what other people say, it is life-saving healthcare. It’s so hard. She has the right to exist and she’s female and cruelly taking away her access to medication does not change that. But conservatives have made up a narrative that isn’t true, gotten people to believe it, and then spread it around. It’s a cancer.
