I have done a very small amount of copy writing, and made peanuts. I'm actually very good at it and make things a little more interesting. But I don't pursue those jobs, they are boring as fuck and not worth it.

I like the money I make, but it's a bonus. I don't write primarily for money. I also don't have a problem with people writing primarily for money. I write because I'm a writer and need to write and also because I need an audience.

I don't create content, I write personal essays and memoirs. I write stories. This makes a huge difference in whether I'm boring or not and I'm told I'm not.
