I lose almost everything that I write down on a piece of paper and always have. I also can’t be without my phone as I have a disabled teenage son living in an institution three hours north of me and they need to be able to contact me.

But I love what you did with this topic and your “oh shit” moment. I like my phone (as long as I’m texting not calling), because most of my friends aren’t local and it keeps me connected. My meeting up with my friends is via phone.
