I maintain that being a billionaire is immoral. They only come into that kind of cash via exploitation. Society has criminalized poverty, and oppression is everywhere you look. Money isn’t evil, but the love and hoarding of it just because is evil.

Once we define what you mean by “rich” then we can evaluate. But billionaires are just plain immoral. Some rich people have managed to get that way and still treat people with respect. A lot have built their wealth on the backs of the poor and that will always be wrong.

If someone can only get something via exploitation of someone else, it’s not a thing that they should have. If they can do it without that, then sure, that’s great.


I want enough money to get by, and that’s not happening right now. I have no real desire to have more than I really need just because there is no point.
