I saw a tweet one day where the woman said she loves the library because it’s one of the few places left in the world where a person can exist for free.

Zealots here are actively demanding the de-funding of the library over LGBTQ+ content. It’s disgusting.

The library is hit and miss for me, mostly miss because they usually don’t have the kinds of books I read and if they do, the waiting list is really long. I often need to read that particular book now, not in three months time.

I know homeschoolers that have library days and their kids love it.
