I’m not “born again” (did it so many times and it never did stick), and since I left the fundamentalists and evangelicals, I don’t hear sermons longer than 15 minutes and the shorter ones I think are the hardest. The one my priest preached this past Sunday was the best I’ve heard of hers yet. In my church the sermon is part of the service but not the point. Communion is the point and ultimately why we are there.
