In this case it’s very much the version. They cling to the King James because they can manipulate the words and meaning easier.

I still read the Bible, and I love Jesus. I just won’t use the King James and I don’t worship the Bible, I worship and serve Jesus.

The couple of Bibles I have now are excellent. The King James Version has been used to abuse lots of people spiritually. There’s lots of us.
