It’s not been here but if they want to wait 72 hours rather than reject then yeah I assume they don’t want it and courtesy to the writer would be to let them know instead of sitting and not saying anything. Editors want and need to be respected, writers should be able to expect and editor has the guts to say “no” rather than ignore the writer. Anyway, I haven’t had that problem here and there’s reasons Narrative Arc is who I submit what I think a the best pieces to. :)
