John MacArthur and credibility just don’t go together.

My understanding of Revelation after growing up believing it was literal is that this was a vision that John had. I have visions sometimes and no way would I make build theology around them, especially for others.

The events, written in an apocalyptic manner through those visions have already happened, under Emperor Nero I think.

Many view the book as historical. That’s my current understanding.
