Thanks for the info. I absolutely hated Lulu and will not use them again. I want to use Amazon but they refused to change my author name or give me a new author site under the idea that it’s not ethical. I was told if I published another book but used the new name, they’d change it for me, but they did not.

Vanity presses get a bad rap but I’ve gone back and forth. I don’t know what’s so bad about choosing to use them. I’m thinking of making a kickstarter or similar campaign to finance my next book.

Anyway, some of these I had not heard of. Which ones cooperate with selling on Amazon? Lulu said they did but they didn’t.
