The problem is that they really don't fucking care. The murder of children, even their own, is a price they are perfectly willing to pay.

I've been told by these nuts that it's the person that's the problem, not the gun. I know you've been told the same. They tell me that people will just use other weapons.

I mean to an extent that is true. While I was homeless and in a gang I learned how to use a knife quite well, but if I attack someone with a knife, there's a very good chance they will survive. I certainly couldn't kill twenty people in a couple of minutes that's for fucking sure. The risks of knives are much lower.

These people aren't known for their academics, though.

I homeschool my kids now because of shit like this. I had been considering sending some of them back to school when they hit their junior year but of course my state is going to allow certain staff to carry, which means my kids won't darken the doorway of a public school again.
