There definitely needs to be a cut off! I almost always know in the first ten pages if a book won't be what I had thought it was, and even then, I don't return it unless I feel like the description made it sound like something it wasn't. I wasn't even aware people could read the entire book. I assumed there was a cut off at a certain amount of pages or percentage. That's awful, and I might need to reconsider publishing options.
