These men worship the Bible and the patriarchy, I don’t see them much concerned with worshiping Jesus, though.

This is one of the reasons I’m Episcopalian. Women’s ordination mattered deeply to me.

I’ve had people of a certain other denomination tell me that my confessions don’t do any good or put me right with God because a female priest is my confessor. I just don’t pay any heed to them.

The “gender wars” are more about patriarchy and power and less about Jesus, too.
