They could make the title super tiny in a font size people can’t read so they can see the whole title I suppose but that would mean everyone else can’t see it. Medium does display the entire title unless it goes over a certain limit. It’s not a Medium issue, it’s a screen size issue for people who chose tiny phones. But unless you want to see them display the titles in a font size much smaller than 10pt, there’s not really a lot they can do for people who deliberately chose a phone so small they can’t read anything on it. It’s a phone screen size issue not a a Medium issue.
