This is a good list. The heat here will kill me so I have to use air conditioning a lot but when it’s nice and cool we don’t tend to use the heat until it gets really cold.

I like my 1,100 sq ft apartment. Anything else seems too big and would give me anxiety. There is myself and three kids and a cat here. I’m trying to teach the kids to cut back and little by little it’s working.
