This is going to lead to abuse. I mean hitting a child is abuse period, but giving staff the right to abuse? That’s disgusting. Science shows that corporal punishment is bad for children, and institutions of education should be able to be relied on to follow educated professionals. My child was abused by a certain staff member simply because she was trans and trans is against that teacher’s religion. I could prove the abuse but it didn’t make a difference.
