Titles are something that will draw me in also. I also have my favorite writers that I will absolutely read every time. Sometimes those writers have an off day like I do, and it's not their best work, but if I believe in their work, I read it.

I am glad though that people write about obscure things because I for one look for those kinds of articles, and sometimes I create those kind. I don't do it all the time because I like to make sure I write something for everyone, but I do like to give people something new to think about and consider.
