My childhood was worse than a horror story
When Joshua Duggar was caught, found guilty of, and sentenced for downloading child pornography, I was glad. I don’t think the situation made anyone particularly happy, but it was important for it to come to the light and to get Josh away from his kids, and from any other kids.
What Josh did was serious shit. It was so bad that seasoned law enforcement officers suffered trauma from being exposed to it, and they said they had never seen anything so horrific. I knew from the descriptions that it was bad, but this was not just bad, it was completely evil.
The type of pornography that Duggar was using is a genre called hurtcore, the most extreme form of child pornography to exist. For the love of God, please do not look it up. I’ll tell you what it is, and here’s a Wikipedia link for more information.
It’s extremely violent kind of child porn that disgusts even most pedophiles. It can start in infancy and end when a girl begins puberty. Hurtcore is the sexual torture of a child. Sometimes murdering the child on purpose is part of the scene.
